In this recipe, we have the perfect combination, combining watermelon, ginger and flaxseed.

With over 90% water, watermelon comes in to hydrate and cleanse the body, making the kidneys work better.

It also has vitamins, minerals and our friends, the fiber, which increase satiety - which makes us eat less!

Ginger is my secret ingredient in the fight against weight.

Considered a thermogenic, it helps speed up metabolism, which increases calorie burning and helps to eliminate excess fat.

Flaxseed helps lower cholesterol levels, improves blood pressure, regulates the intestines and has anti-inflammatory effect.

3 slices of pitted watermelon
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
1 teaspoon grated ginger

Method of preparation

Mix all ingredients in a blender

Serve with a lot of ice!
