With 92% water and 50 kcal in one slice, watermelon is the most perfect base for this dessert.

In addition to diuretic, it is refreshing and has a delicious texture.

Along with the other ingredients, such as granola, everything is crispy, tasty and even functional.

The following recipe yields 16 servings, with 141 calories each.

Watermelon and granola cake

Watermelon cake


1 whole watermelon without peel
4 whites
1 colorless gelatin without flavor
4 sweetener sachets
1 jar of light cream cheese
10 strawberries
2 morgot tangerines
25 seedless grapes
2 cups light gluten free granola

Method of preparation

Put the watermelon without the rind on a plate.
Take it to cool: first in the freezer for 15 minutes and then in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After this time, dry the watermelon with paper towels.

White cream

Whip the egg whites.
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup of hot water.
Still hot, add the gelatin with the egg whites in the mixer.
Then mix the cream cheese and sweetener.


Cover the watermelon with a layer of cream.
Put in the fridge to steady.
Then pass another layer of cream.
Sprinkle the granola and garnish with the fruits.

Serve immediately.
