In place of cheese, I propose a creamy layer made with ponzu.
This traditional Japanese cuisine sauce has a light and different flavor.

½ cup of flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon dry yeast
50 ml of ice water
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tbsp ponzu shoyu
½ tablespoon citrus ponzu
1 teaspoon of ginger paste
½ tablespoon of mashed olive oil

In a bowl, combine yeast with water and set aside.
