Mini cheesecake with fruits

Mid afternoon makes you want to eat a candy… isn't it true? By researching recipes and making advantageous exchanges, you can. Turn your afternoon snack - the cornerstone of any food reeducation - into a healthy and possible sweet. For this moment, nothing beats a light cheesecake.

Whenever we start a diet, we think we can never eat candy again.

This feeling causes tremendous anxiety.

The will brings us to the thought that everything that is forbidden is tastier.

And no one needs another challenge.

So whenever I can, I share my favorite light candy recipes - check out the most popular ones here on the site.

One of them includes a candy you thought was “forbidden”: cheesecake.

Among the ingredients, you can use fresh fruit or, if not possible, in the form of fruit syrup or unsweetened jam, as in this deformed recipe.

Enjoy the recipe yields 10 servings to call friends - that's only 124 calories in each!
