One of them includes a candy you thought was “forbidden”: cheesecake.
Among the ingredients, you can use fresh fruit or, if not possible, in the form of fruit syrup or unsweetened jam, as in this deformed recipe.

Grease Spray Oil
1/3 cup of gluten-free vanilla flavored wafer cookies
375g of cream cheese light at room temperature
½ cup culinary sweetener
1 tablespoon whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup of raspberries, blackberries, kiwi and strawberries, chopped
In this step, you fill the bottom of the pans with the cracker bran
1 - Grease 10 non-stick muffin cups.
2 - Sprinkle the bottom and edges with about 1 tsp of the ground cookies and set aside.
3 - In a mixer, at medium speed, beat the cream cheese until it forms a smooth cream.
4 - Add the sweetener, flour and vanilla essence, and beat more.
5 - Add the egg and beat on low speed until well mixed.
6 - Divide the dough between the pans.
7 - Bake at 160ºC for about 20 minutes or until it hardens.
8 - Allow to cool for approximately 5 minutes, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
9 - Remove the cheesecakes from the pans and, just before serving, cover with the fresh fruits or syrup.
