Sprinkle Chips

Eating healthy and balanced also means knowing how to eat at the right times. In this sense, having a choice of healthy and light snacks is very welcome.

Sprinkle Chips


3 tablespoons oil
3/4 cup tea
250g sour flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon light sugar
1 cup of tea
1 egg
Lemon pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese
Red pepper

Method of preparation

In a pan put the oil and water and bring to a boil.
In a bowl, put the sour powder, salt, light sugar and add the mixture of water and boiling oil.
Stir well until it forms a dough and gradually add the milk until it forms a homogeneous mixture.
Add a lightly beaten egg and mix well until incorporated into a creamy batter.
Arrange the dough on a baking sheet lined with a silpat or parchment paper, forming 3 large plates.
In one of them sprinkle lemon pepper; in another, oregano; and in the third, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper.
Bake at 180 degrees to bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
