2 sliced ​​Portobello mushrooms
1 sliced ​​red bell pepper
1 sliced ​​yellow pepper
2 tbsp water
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup light grated mozzarella cheese
1 chopped tomato
2 tablespoons sliced ​​olives
Chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Method of preparation

Saute mushrooms, peppers and onions in water until tender.
