Nothing better than a hamburger, which you make with few ingredients.


The following recipe yields four portions.

Ingredients

400 g fresh skinless salmon
1 clear
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
2 grated onions
2 teaspoons grated ginger
Lemon zest
Salt and black pepper to taste

Sauce

1/2 cup of chicken stock
2 cups of grape juice
1/2 cup of tomato juice
1/2 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Chop the salmon.
Add the grated onions, lemon zest, ginger, cottage cheese, egg whites, salt and pepper.
Model four hamburgers.
Transfer to a plate lined with parchment paper.
Take to refrigerate for one hour.
Heat a nonstick skillet.
Grill the hamburgers on both sides until golden brown.

For the sauce, heat a nonstick pan.
Brown the onion and garlic until dry.
Add the rest of the ingredients and keep on medium heat until reduced.
Serve by watering the hamburgers.
