Tea has antioxidant properties as effective as vitamins C and E. To vary the way you drink and keep your taste buds, turn iced tea into a very different smoothie.

The idea of ​​changing the usual tea recipe is to continue to count on the benefits of infusion, avoiding the monotony that the same flavors or the ever hot temperature can cause.

Put sachets of your favorite teas (flowers and fruits, lemon and chamomile, for example) to rest for 15 minutes in three cups of filtered water.

Then just hit the tea with a glass of nonfat yogurt and crushed ice. A creative and even more nutritious alternative is to beat everything with frozen fruits.

If your taste buds ask, use sweetener.
