The following recipe is ready in 40 minutes and yields five servings.
1 semi-rolled puff pastry
1 tablespoon rolled almonds
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons fit sugar
1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese
1 tablespoon pistachio cream
Pistachio powder to taste
Take a piece of puff pastry and cut into strips.
Wrap them in a straw made with parchment paper.
Put in a baking dish.
Brush with the egg yolk and sprinkle rolled almonds.
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees.
In the mixer, put the egg whites and beat well.
Add sugar and mascarpone.
Beat until smooth and smooth.
Put some of the cream in the pastry bag.
Then add the pistachio cream.
Mix with the whisk.
Place in the pastry bag, along with mascarpone cream.
Remove the straws from the oven and fill with the cream.
Sprinkle pistachio powder.
