The following recipe yields three servings, with 97.6 Kcal each.
1 l chicken broth
1 diced potato
1 diced carrot
1 cup of chopped pickles
2 tbsp light cream
1 tablespoon flour
½ cup of water
½ cup of pickle brine
Cayenne pepper and salt to taste
In a pan, put chicken broth.
Add the potatoes, carrots and pickles and bring to a boil.
In a bowl, combine flour with sour cream and water.
Add this mixture to the pan.
Put the pickle brine.
Season with pepper and salt to taste.
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
