According to a new study, regular sauna baths guarantee longevity.

This happens by decreasing the incidence of a number of diseases.

The research was done by the University of Eastern Finland.

The objective was to investigate the effects of 30-minute sauna sessions.

Exactly in vascular balance, nervous system, blood pressure and biomarkers.

It was accompanied by 1,620 men over 24 years.

As a result, those who used the sauna had hypertension reduced by almost 50%.

High temperatures elevate the heartbeat and the dilation of the skin vessels.

Which reflects positively on the circulatory system.

Among the assiduous there were also fewer cases of respiratory diseases.

And there is even more for the more active.

Those who exercise and sauna have shown a much lower risk of death from any disease.

How many times are needed?

Benefits were guaranteed to those who did the sauna four to seven times a week.

The goal seems unreachable, but others can be targeted.
