Light Recipe: Chicken Hidden

To lose weight healthily, you don't have to give up taste. Just “slim down” your favorite dishes. With this idea, I present my light version of the delicious hideaway.

In the traditional hideaway, the meat comes under a cassava or cassava puree.

For the filling

2 tbsp onion
2 tsp garlic
1 light chicken broth tablet
1 cup of 200ml of water
100g of ground chicken
1 bay leaf
1 peeled tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped herbs (rosemary and chives)

For the mushroom paste

2 cups of crushed Paris mushroom
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon grated smoked ricotta
1 tbsp light cream
Light Parmesan Cheese for Sprinkling (optional)

Method of preparation

For the filling

In a pan without oil, sauté the onion and garlic.
Slowly add chicken broth dissolved in water.
Add chicken and cook, stirring constantly.
Add bay leaf, tomatoes and, if necessary, more stock.
Season with herbs and set aside.

For the mushroom paste

In another pan, sauté the mushroom with salt and soy sauce.
Lower the heat, add the thyme and stir well.
Add ricotta and sour cream and mix well.
Remove from heat and set aside.

Riding the plate

In a heat-resistant container, accommodate the filling.
Then cover the entire surface with the mushroom paste.
If desired, sprinkle over with some Parmesan cheese.
Bake only to brown for a few minutes.
Serve very hot.
