The following recipe yields four portions, with 333 Kcal each.
1 cup of grated dark chocolate
½ cup white chocolate
½ cup of skim milk
1 ice cream cake of your choice
Mint leaves to decorate
1 raspberry (if desired)
In a bowl, put the dark chocolate.
Microwave to melt.
Fill a balloon - it doesn't have to fill much.
Pass the balloon in the chocolate until it covers the entire surface.
Refrigerate to harden.
In a container, mix white chocolate with milk.
Microwave for two minutes.
Remove the balloon from the refrigerator.
Stick with a stick and remove the balloon, leaving the chocolate bark.
On a plate, place the ice cream ball.
On top, put the chocolate bark.
Garnish with mint leaves and raspberry.
On top of that pour the white chocolate syrup.
The rind will open and reveal the inside of the dessert.
