Aromatic herbs come as a surprise when they get another job, being adopted for drinks, cocktails and, why not, juices.
To refresh, I bet you can't think of anything but mint. But have you ever tasted a good lemonade with basil?
We already know that tea made with its tiny leaves is a great home-made and natural solution to relieve stomach aches. Therefore, the lemon juice with the leaves of this plant is healthy, tasty and good for digestion. That is, it still helps you keep the line.

3 peeled lemons and cut into 8 pieces each
800 ml of ice water
1 cup of fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup of water
2 tablespoons powdered sweetener
Heat half a cup of water in a pan.
Turn off the heat as soon as it boils.
Add the basil leaves, let cool and strain.
In a blender, beat the lemon, and ice water and the sweetener.
Then add the water flavored with the basil.
Garnish the cups with ice and fresh herb leaves.
