It's the right ones that they don't like anymore

Study published in The Journal of Sexual Medicine reveals that people who experience bondage, sadism, and masochism may be psychologically healthier than the "right guys." The good news is that they too can enjoy this knowledge.

To put the theory to the test, the researchers applied 902 questionnaires among BDSM practitioners. Then the results were compared with the responses of, say, more conventional people. The bottom line is that by exploring sexuality more, these people have higher self-esteem, which leads to better mental health.

But be aware that these benefits are not exclusive to the most wanting of us. A little action already makes a difference. Want a tip to start practicing? Butt slaps have to be given on the bottom of the buttocks, rather than hitting them very close to the hip. When you hit it too high, the effect can be painful, as it hits a part closer to the bone. As the song says: “no one is normal at close range”… It seems so!
