Many diets are doomed to failure from the start.

The reason?

This is because we tend to adopt the wrong strategy.

Usually we plan to dispense with favorite dishes, switching them to less desirable options.

So says study by the Hankamer School of Business, Baylor University (United States).

For the diet to work, the key is not to think about what we are missing.

But what can we be winning by tasting a universe of new flavors.

Rules come out to avoid temptation, focus on the hottest of the healthiest options.

After all, anyone who restricts themselves from eating the foods they love may be planning to fail.

The best approach is to focus your attention on healthy foods you enjoy.

And so take advantage of food reeducation to include them in the menu.

To reach this conclusion, the study looked at the eating behavior of 542 volunteers.

The conclusion is enlightening.

People tend to think of healthy options as those they like least, such as Brussels sprouts.

The recommendation is, the next time you decide to change your diet, don't be so radical.

Choose to include healthy foods on the plate that are effectively pleasing to your taste.
