2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tablespoon eggplant flour
1 egg white
Dash of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste)

Method of preparation

In a pan, pour the drizzle of olive oil.
In it brown the garlic and onion, then add the palm.
Turn off the heat and add the peppers and mustard.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add eggplant flour, chives and egg white.
Stir well until smooth.
Settle the dough in three equal hoops.
Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
