Flourless Chocolate Cake - To Eliminate Gluten and Extra Pounds
The following recipe is ready in one hour and yields 6 servings.
½ cup of chickpea flour
½ cup of flour
95 g butter
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of baking powder
For the filling
120 ml of fresh cream
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
200 g minced fresh minced cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
15 g butter
Nutmeg to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
Prepare the dough by mixing the flours with egg, butter, salt and yeast.
With your hands, stir well to form the dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In it, distribute the dough, lining the bottom and side of the shape well.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat egg whites and yolks in a blender.
Along with sour cream, Parmesan, minas cheese, salt, nutmeg, pepper, oregano and butter.
Beat well until cream forms and set aside.
Bring the batter to bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, pour the stuffing sprinkle the sunflower seed.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
