This is the idea behind this practical chicken pie, which is made without flour.
The following recipe yields two portions, with 206.7 Kcal each.
2 tbsp light ricotta
1 tsp parsley
½ cup shredded chicken
½ seedless chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
Beat in the eggs to liquefy with ricotta, parsley and salt.
Heat a medium sized skillet.
In it put half of the mixture.
Add the chicken and tomato.
Leave it for a minute.
Put the rest of the dough on top.
Let it simmer for three minutes.
Turn to bake on the other side and leave for another three minutes.
