Fish in Olive Crust

Yes, we should eat more fish. It gets easier when the fish gets complex flavors like basil accompaniment and this amazing black olives crust.

The following recipe is ready in 30 minutes and yields two portions.


Fish in Olive Crust

Ingredients

1 clove garlic
½ moldy French breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon chopped purple basil
1 tablespoon chopped black olives
2 hake steaks
½ Sicilian Lemon Juice
6 cherry tomatoes
5 cooked asparagus
2 tbsp arugula pesto
Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Sprouts to decorate

Method of preparation

In a pan, brown the garlic in the olive oil.
Then put the breadcrumbs, basil and olives.
Mix well, drizzle with a little olive oil.
Season with salt and set aside.
In the pan, put the olive oil and the hake.
Season with pepper, salt and lemon.
Fry the fish on both sides.
Top with bread crumbs and olives.
Then put the fish in a baking dish.
Bake at 200 degrees for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, put olive oil in a frying pan.
Add the cherry tomatoes and asparagus.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
To serve, make a bed with the asparagus on a plate.
Put the cherry tomatoes around.
Drizzle like arugula pesto.
Place the fish over the asparagus.
Garnish with sprouts.
Serve immediately.
