3 slices of light brown bread
80 g of shredded boiled chicken breast
1 medium grated carrot
1 tablespoon light cream cheese
Salt, pepper and chives to taste
Pass the rolling pin over the bread slices several times.
Remove the shells and set aside.
In a bowl, mix chicken with carrot.
Season with chives and salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cream cheese and stir until it forms a paste.
With a spoon, place the filling in the middle of each slice of bread.
