The following recipe is ready in 40 minutes and yields two portions.


Coconut soup

Ingredients

½ cup iced coconut milk
½ cup hydrated sago in coconut milk
Red fruit jelly ready and diced
Diced and ready lemongrass gelatin
Diced and ready-made lemon gelatin
Diced and ready strawberry gelatin
½ cup chopped mango
1 tablespoon chopped cashews

Method of preparation

In a deep dish, put the coconut milk.
Then arrange the sago.
Put pieces of the gelatines, spaced apart.
Finish by adding the chopped mango.
Sprinkle the cashews.
Serve immediately.
