Fresh Cheese Pie - The Easiest Recipe You Have Ever Seen
The following recipe is ready in 20 minutes and yields three servings.
3 slices of black bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 cup cauliflower
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tbsp light ricotta cream
Salt, pepper and chives to taste
In the baking dish, place the slices of black bread.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Sprinkle oregano and bake to toast for 10 minutes.
In the pan, put the olive oil and sauté the garlic.
Add the cauliflower.
Season with paprika, salt, pepper and oregano.
Remove toast from oven.
Cover with light ricotta cream.
Add the braised cauliflower.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove, sprinkle chives and serve then.
