1 broccoli chopped into small pieces
1 egg
1 cup of ricotta
2 tbsp grated light Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation

Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Place the chopped broccoli in a baking dish.
Then use a bowl to combine the egg with the ricotta.
Pour into the baking dish over the broccoli.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese.
Take to bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
