To taste a homemade recipe you have to face several hours on the stove. And still close your eyes to the abundant calories. Right? In fact, with my light frying pan pie recipe, quite the opposite.

They are originally produced with iron.
But now there is the non-stick cast aluminum version, which allows cooking without oil.
Versatile, skillets are frying pans.
With them you can prepare meats, vegetables, fish and shellfish quickly and healthily.
And also a delicious pie for my One Pan Between Us project - see more here.
The stuffing I made with ground beef.
But the preparation goes with almost everything.
The idea is for you to stuff it with your favorite options.
The following recipe yields four slices, with 238 Kcal each.
150 g of ground beef
6 halved cherry tomatoes
6 rolled champignons
1 cup (tea) spinach
2 cloves garlic
½ chopped onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon green onions
1 teaspoon of Syrian pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup of flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dry yeast
100 ml of cold water
Use an oven-safe frying pan.
In it, sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil for a minute.
Add the ground beef and sauté for two minutes, stirring constantly.
Season with Syrian pepper and salt and green onions.
Add the broth.
Leave another minute in the fire and turn off.
Put the spinach leaves, tomatoes and mushrooms.
In a bowl, combine yeast with water and set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar and olive oil.
Combine the two mixtures and stir until consistency.
Knead the dough with your hands - a little flour helps to unglue.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
With a rolling pin, open the dough until it makes a disc.
Place the dough over the pan with the filling.
Cut the excess around.
Bake in a hot oven for five minutes or until golden brown.
